Diner En Blanc

Our Brief

When the world’s most exclusive picnic is hosted in Brisbane the event organisers turn to the culinary experts at Cuisine on Cue to provide luxury picnic hampers for VIP diners. Diner En Blanc draws hundreds of attendees dressed elegantly, entirely in white to a secret picnic location unveiled only hours before the festivities begin. Each guest brings their own portable white tables, chairs, tableware, and gourmet meal.

Our Approach

To meet the discerning tastes of the events attendees and accommodate diverse dietary preferences, the team creatively assembled a selection of picnic grazing boxes reminiscent of a French High Society soiree. With a cold room available on site, the picnic hampers were prepared and delivered ready for the Diner En Blanc team to distribute to VIP’s at the event.

Event Experience

The soiree lived up to expectation with a magical evening unfolding in the Roma Street Parklands. 

Champagne flowed as guests mingling with new and old friends and feasted picnic-style.

As night fell, sparklers and fairly lights set the stage for everyone to party on to live music under the stars.

The picnic hampers were a hit with the VIP guests and the delivery catering provided by Cuisine on Cue was seamless for event organisers, allowing them to focus on the logistics of the event management.
