Mater Patron’s Dinner
Our Brief
Cuisine on Cue had the honour of delivering a refined, intimate dinner for Mater Patrons, celebrating the grand opening of Catherine’s House, a pioneering mental health centre for new parents in Queensland.
Our Approach
From floral arrangements and styling to tables, chairs and glassware a magical scene was set.
With our commercial kitchen a short distance away, we utilised a small onsite kitchen to finalise meal preparations.Our bespoke menu featured cheese platters upon arrival, followed by alternating, mains, and desserts, with options to accommodate dietary needs.
