Emma & Gerard's Blissful Backyard Wedding
The stunning couple tied the knot at Gerard’s parent’s home late last year, set against the backdrop of lush greenery, blue pool hues, and a clear fairy-lit marquee to die for provided by Events in Tents.
The day began with an intimate ceremony officiated by Jac from Moore Celebrations whereby the couple exchanged their loving vows and committed to one another forever. Their families and friends gathered under the marquee and offered their affection and congratulations. Colourful confetti filled the air to bring the ceremony to an end before guests made their way down to the tennis court transformed for the reception.
Guests were wowed upon entering the reception marquee that was styled immaculately by The Other Bridesmaid with long wooden tables and white traditional Americana chairs, accented with fresh overhanging greenery by Kate Dawes Flower Design and festoon lighting by Avideas. Baker Boys Band set the mood and the only thing left to top off an almost-perfect wedding was the catering, and if we can say so ourselves, we did just that.
The chosen menu for the evening included shared entrees of our signature Goondiwindi Pork dish and Spice Roasted Cauliflower vegetarian option. Mains followed with Roasted Barramundi and Marinated Beef Brisket accompanied by Roasted Kipfler Potatoes, Cauliflower, Truffle and Potato Bake and a fresh Pomegranate, Orange, and Quinoa salad.
The couple’s beautiful wedding cake by Petite Crumb was served as dessert and left the guests smiling.
