How many guests can Room Three Sixty hold?
The room seats up to 200 guests for a banquet or plated dinner, and holds up to 320 for a cocktail-style reception with food stations. It suits everything from an intimate wedding to a large celebration.
Is catering included, or do we bring our own?
Catering is provided in-house by Cuisine on Cue, the same award-winning team that has catered Brisbane weddings and events since 1995. You’ll work with one team for your menu, drinks, service and coordination, with no outside caterer to manage.
Where exactly is the venue?
Room Three Sixty is at QUT’s Gardens Point campus in central Brisbane, overlooking the City Botanic Gardens and the skyline. It’s minutes from the CBD, hotels and ferry terminals, making it easy for guests to reach.
Can we have both the ceremony and reception here?
