ABOUT THE CHEF:
Graham Towner, a 20-year culinary expert, enhanced his natural gift at a young age through modern European training at a leading hospitality college in Norwich. Graham’s career soon advanced to working alongside world-class chefs in London’s finest, Michelin star restaurants. Graham credits his culinary repertoire to the great chefs who have welcomed him into their kitchens throughout his journey.
After a time at the prestigious OXO Tower Restaurant situated on the riverside walkway of London’s South Bank, Graham moved onto the members only Quo Vardis in Soho, as Sous Chef under Curtis Stone for 2 years. Quo Vardis has been awarded three AA Hotel and Hospitality Rosettes and is credited with being an exclusive Soho institution. Graham was then offered the opportunity to work beside the world renowned Marco Pierre White at his Michelin star restaurant, L’ Escargot. His experience at fine dining London restaurants continued with time spent in the kitchens of Garry Rhodes’ Tower 42 (1 Michelin star), Corrigans of Mayfair (3 rosettes) and Searcys atop the iconic building, The Gherkin.
As the Executive Chef, Graham oversees all of Cuisine on Cue’s menu development and recipe creation taking particular pride in using superb quality, local ingredients which shines through in the delicate plating of each dish he creates.
