Garden Ceremony: The Old Museum
Cuisine on Cue had the pleasure of catering the wedding of Alex and Ena, which saw the couple wed in The Old Museum’s scenic garden. After saying their vows against the backdrop of one of Brisbane’s most historic buildings, the couple joined guests on the garden-view balconies.
Post Ceremony Drinks
Guests toasted to the newlyweds with flutes of champagne overlooking the scenic gardens. As the evening’s festivities began, Cuisine on Cue circulated a selection of lavish canapes, such as feta mousse tarts and spiced chickpea kofta.
After a few drinks, guests made their way into The Old Museum’s Studio 3 for Cuisine on Cue’s buffet dinner.
Reception Catering
White linen tables were surrounded by chairs dressed in gold sashes. Here, with center pieces of greenery, guests took their places for an extravagant buffet dinner. The newlyweds sat at the forefront of Studio 3, an intimate room just off the hallway from the scenic balconies.
For the wedding guests, Cuisine on Cue served a buffet of:
- Pan fried barramundi with preserved lemon dressing and cherry tomatoes
- Haloumi, capsicum and red onion skewers
- Stuffed capsicum with rice
- Broken and roasted potatoes with fresh rosemary
- Potato and cheddar bake
- Seasonal green vegetables
