One of Brisbane’s premier conference, events and training venues, the UQ Business School Executive Venue recently relaunched their corporate function venue in Brisbane’s CBD to 100 guests. Cuisine on Cue, as the exclusive caterer for the venue, was proud to offer a spring and summer dining menu to the VIP guests. The three-course menu was designed to showcase the delicious sit down dining options from one of Brisbane’s best catering companies.
Corporate Catering Case Study: The Food
Guests were treated to entrees of slow roasted pork belly and Singapore chilli Moreton bay bug tail, before mains of grilled eye fillet with fondant potato and free range spatchcock with grilled fennel and mandarin, all stylishly plated with freshly baked dinner rolls to accompany.
Dessert included an impressive wall of treats like macarons, tiramisu, brulee and other sweets, demonstrating Cuisine on Cue’s ability to style and present creative food station catering for Brisbane events.
Corporate Catering Case Study: The Drinks
Cuisine on Cue also provided beverages for the event, with sparkling, wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks served on a consumption basis, one of the many options for bar catering which the Brisbane catering company provides.
