After a long period of catering at Brisbane’s best function venues, to catering casual office luncheons and private dining, it was an honour to host and celebrate such an important milestone for the company, and what better place to hold such an affair than the Skydeck: an exclusive rooftop function space.
Cocktail Catering Case Study: Canape Menu
Cuisine on Cue clients, friends and guests joined us in celebration of the occasion, and spent the night indulging in glasses of champagne, Peroni Nastro Azzurro and canapés off our canapé menu, like our freshly shucked Pacific oysters and shredded chicken on chipotle palmier.
The Skydeck: Rooftop Function Venue
Our 20th birthday celebration was also a wonderful opportunity showcase one of our most popular function venues to clients and guests. Skydeck is a stunning venue that brings a polished and sophisticated atmosphere to any event, offering panoramic and sweeping views of the colourful, Brisbane city skyline. The cocktail space was a perfect location for the event, and offered our guests an unparalleled inner city experience for the occasion.
Event Theming & Styling
We took the opportunity to get creative and took inspiration from the Brisbane city skyline. Iconic Brisbane city lights were represented through colourful accents like bright tulip flowers, a glowing bar and scattered lights spotted around the Skydeck space. To match the theme, we also provided a dessert station, to everyone’s delight, that featured treats like brightly coloured macarons, gourmet little cakes, tartlets and miniature desserts.
We were delighted to celebrate 20 years of catering services at one of Brisbane’s best function venues and were honoured by all guests who attended.
