Cuisine on Cue – Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Cuisine on Cue we are committed to delivering exceptional experiences for all customers. Our refund and cancellation policy has been developed in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the ACCC Consumer Guarantees to ensure fairness, clarity and transparency.
Australian Consumer Law (ACCC Consumer Guarantees)
Under the ACL, customers are entitled to a remedy if services are not provided with due care and skill, are not fit for their intended purpose, or are not delivered within a reasonable time.
Depending on the nature of the issue, remedies may include a refund, rebooking, or repeat delivery of the service.
These rights cannot be excluded and apply in addition to our company’s event terms.
Customer-Requested Cancellations
Private Events, Weddings, Corporate Events
- All administration fees are non refundable as per the relevant terms and conditions signed upon booking.
- Other cancellation charges apply as per the terms and conditions signed upon booking.
Event Quality Concerns
If a customer believes the service delivered did not meet acceptable standards under the ACL:
- They should contact us as soon as possible to discuss the issue.
- Cuisine on Cue will assess the concern and provide an appropriate remedy in line with ACCC consumer guarantees depending on severity.
How to Request a Refund or Change

- Booking name
- Event name and date
- Order number or confirmation reference
- Reason for the request
